What this policy covers.
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on beastchemist.com — including courses, live batches, and other digital content offered by BEASTCHEMIST, a sole proprietorship operated by Mohit Ryan ("we," "us"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
All payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-licensed Payment Aggregator. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Before payment vs. after access.
Before you pay
You can cancel any order at any point before completing payment simply by closing the checkout window. No charge is made and nothing is owed.
After a successful payment
Our products are digital and delivered instantly — access to a course, batch, or content unlocks on your account as soon as payment succeeds. Because delivery is immediate, an order cannot be cancelled once access has been granted, except in the specific cases described in section 03.
If you change your mind, please decide before completing payment. Review the product description, preview, and any free samples first.
When a refund applies.
All sales of digital content are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits after access has been granted, except where required by law or in the cases below.
Technical failure on our side
If your payment succeeded but our system fails to grant access within 24 hours due to a technical issue on our side, contact us and we will either grant access or refund the full amount.
Duplicate or accidental payment
If you were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error, the duplicate charge(s) will be refunded in full.
Failed or reversed payments
If a payment fails or is later reversed by your bank, the corresponding access is automatically revoked.
Discontinuation by us
If we permanently discontinue paid content you have purchased, we will provide reasonable advance notice and offer either continued access for a transition period or a pro-rated refund of the unused portion, at our discretion.
Raising a cancellation or refund request.
To request a cancellation or refund under section 03, email us at teambeastchemist@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction, including:
- The registered email on your BEASTCHEMIST account
- The Razorpay Payment ID / Order ID from your payment receipt
- The product purchased and the reason for your request
We review every request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
How long a refund takes.
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it through Razorpay to your original payment method. After it is initiated, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. We have no control over your bank's processing time.
You will receive an email confirmation when a refund is initiated.

If you have any issue with a payment, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we will resolve genuine problems quickly. Filing an unwarranted chargeback for a transaction you genuinely made is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and loss of access to all content.
